INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROPER USE OF ALLIANCE ASSIST SERVICES

Verify that all information provided in your ALLIANCE ASSIST voucher and card is correct. Check especially the telephone numbers and emergency contact, effective dates and the plan purchased as well as.

If there are errors in the data, contact ALLIANCE ASSIST office in the country of issuance of the card to rectify them.

Remove the ALLIANCE ASSIST card envelope and carry the card with you.

Place the safety labels on your luggage.

HOW TO CONTACT ALLIANCE ASSIST CENTRAL?

Telephone numbers to contact ALLIANCE ASSIST help centers can be found in your ID card and in the general terms & conditions of ALLIANCE ASSIST.

Check the back of your card or the ALLIANCE ASSIST booklet for a phone list which includes the central number of ALLIANCE ASSIST . If there isn?t a "Toll-Free" number for ALLIANCE ASSIST in the country where you are located, contact ALLIANCE ASSIST using a “COLLECT CALL.” If the country where you are located does not support the above communication system, make the call at your own expense and when you return, present proof of charges to ALLIANCE ASSIST for a reimbursement.

If there is no central ALLIANCE ASSIST in the country where you are located, call the International Headquarters in question.

In order for the cost of the "COLLECT CALL” to be charged to ALLIANCE ASSIST, you must inform the hotel operator or phone company you want to make a call of this nature and who to charge for the call.


If you are unable to contact the nearest ALLIANCE ASSIST center due to difficulties or damage to telephone lines, you should call the International Headquarters or any other ALLIANCE ASSIST center. ALLIANCE ASSIST call centers are available 24 hours a day.

Before calling to request our services please have the following information:
• Your ALLIANCE ASSIST card.
• Number (s) …. (+ Area Code)
• Information regarding your location (home, hotel, etc.).
